Since its formation in 2019, we have been proud to volunteer as interview coaches for Smart Works Leeds. Smart Works dresses and trains unemployed women for success at their job interview.
Every woman who comes to Smart Works receives a complete outfit of clothes and accessories (hers to keep) and one-to-one interview coaching. Once a woman has a job, she is also invited back to give her a working wardrobe for her return to work.
All the clothes are donated from individuals or retailers, and Smart Works’ service is delivered by skilled volunteers who regularly give up their time to help style and coach Smart Works’ clients.
This year Smart Works will help thousands of women from 8 locations across the UK – North and West London, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Reading and Newcastle.
